Farcaster is thrilled to announce a partnership with Crypto: The Game.

Starting tomorrow at 10 AM ET, you’ll be able to mint your entry directly through a /crypto-the-game frame.

2. Earn Rewards for Inviting Users to Farcaster!

Farcaster is introducing a new invite rewards program to grow the community with real, engaged users.

How It Works:

• Top 50 Inviters: Each week, the top 50 inviters earn rewards.

• Points System: Points are awarded based on the number and quality of users invited.

• Reward Pool: $1000 distributed proportionally based on points earned.

How to Earn Points:

• 500 Points: For each user who signs up.

• 2500 Points: If they complete onboarding and follow 5 users.

• 1500 Points: If they verify a phone number during onboarding.

• 1000 Points: If they verify an X account during onboarding.

• 750 Points: If they achieve a spam level of 2 (low likelihood of spammy behavior).

Goal: Onboard real, engaged users and reward those who put in the effort.

Note: If the system is gamed to onboard fake or inauthentic accounts, adjustments will be made to the points system.

3. New Feature: Onchain Trending Notifications

Warpcast is introducing onchain trending notifications, experimenting with social signals to highlight trending onchain activity.

Key Details:

• This builds on the previous feature for trending NFTs.

• The team will continue iterating based on user feedback.

• Users can toggle these notifications off in Notification Settings.

4. Devconnect 2025: Coming to Buenos Aires, Argentina!

Devconnect is heading to Buenos Aires, Argentina, from November 17-22, 2025! This year’s event will focus on supporting the local community’s efforts to bring Argentina onchain.

What’s Different About Devconnect ARG?

1. Local Leadership: Argentina is already a leading adopter of Ethereum. Devconnect ARG aims to accelerate this growth.

2. Opening Ceremony: November 17 will feature a daylong kickoff at a main coworking venue (to be announced).

3. Ethereum World’s Fair: An immersive showcase of Ethereum apps, exploring how Ethereum can transform identity, finance, governance, and daily life.

5. Neynar: Algorithmic Ranking Now Available on Cast Search API

Neynar has rolled out algorithmic ranking for the Cast Search API, delivering a more intuitive and efficient search experience.

What’s New?

1. Semantic Search: Casts are now matched based on meaning, not just keywords.

2. Algorithmic Ranking: Results are ranked by relevance instead of just chronology.

3. Improved Latency: P95 latency is now under 100 ms, making searches faster than ever.

Example: Try searching for a token and see the difference in quality between chronological and algorithmic results.

6. Boop is Now a Frame on Farcaster!

Boop has officially launched as a Farcaster Frame, allowing you to boop your frens onchain directly from Warpcast.
