Base Onchain Summer winners have been announced! This year, 7500+ builders around the world submitted over 1250 projects, focusing on payments, commerce, creator tools, social platforms, gaming, trading, discovery, and URL <> IRL use cases. Taking place between May 31st and June 30th, this Buildathon was the largest onchain hackathon ever. With a recently increased prize pool of 250 ETH, winners were evaluated on the following points:

• Technicality: The product functions as intended

• Creativity: It delivers new ideas, or better solutions to existing problems

• Utility: It is usable in the real world by different groups of people

• Aesthetics: Has good UI/UX quality, with intuitive, easy-to-navigate integrations

• Future Growth: Delivers outsize impact and achievement during the hackathon time frame and beyond

For those who didn't make it onto the winning list, Base is still allocating 20 ETH to recognize other quality projects and builders. A huge congratulations to all who built, and to those who continue to power the onchain experience! Check out the list of winners here.

• Basenames are now in early access.

• DegenPad unveils that rebase is their 4th ITO.

• $EURC is now live on Base.

• $RARE claim day is live today.

• Warpcast is had issues syncing with hubs, issue has been resolved.

• Warpcast improves the interface and more on Warpcast direct cast inbox.
