The first set of Moxie Heroes has been announced! The past week, 30 Moxie Heroes received a 2x boost to their FarScore, doubling the $MOXIE impact of each engagement. These hero "superpowers" last for a full week, with a fresh set of heroes selected each week based on the quality of their engagement from the prior week. To keep things fair, heroes won’t be chosen consecutively, ensuring rotation within the community. Stay tuned, as additional powers for Moxie Heroes will be unveiled in the weeks to come.
Moxie Introduces Smart Allowances
Moxie now offers Smart Allowances for all Farcaster users, with daily limits tailored to each user's engagement quality and diversity from the prior week. Higher allowances go to users who engage thoughtfully across a wide range of content, while limits help control spamming and farming. Allowances reset every Monday at 11 AM EST, so if you’re aiming for a boost, focus on engaging with more users who value your interactions. Spread your Moxie to make the most of your allowance.

Announcing the Finalists for the Moxie Retro1 Grants Program
After an impressive 214 applications and a thorough review by the 32-member Moxie Experts Council, 107 projects have earned grants through the Moxie Retro1 Grants Program. Here’s how it breaks down:
29 Finalists proceed to the DAO voting stage, competing for a share of 172,187,500 MOXIE (minimum 2,055,288 each).
26 Semi-Finalists will receive 53,437,500 MOXIE (2,055,288 each) in recognition of their innovative ideas.
52 Runners-Up will be awarded 11,875,000 MOXIE (228,365 each).
DAO Voting for the finalists will soon take place on Snapshot. Voting power is as follows: Moxie holders = 1 vote, Fan Token holders = 2 votes, Moxie LP = 2 votes, and Locked Fan Tokens = 3 votes. If you prefer not to vote directly, you can delegate your voting power to someone else.
